The Intimidation of the Artichoke

I took a few days off from the blog to collect my thoughts, and make sure I was in the divine order God's will for my life. In that time, I had a lot of cleaning that needed to be done, so I ended up cleaning out my refrigerator. I had a lot of vegetables that I needed to prepare before they ruin. I was really nervous about trying the artichoke because I didn't know what it taste like or how to cook it. So I began to watch YouTube videos, I must say that I conquered the intimidation of the artichoke, and it was really good.
