The onset of a new year is an exciting time for us all. It’s a time in which we can recharge, begin a new chapter/phase in life with a renewed sense of purpose and direction. Most of us have some kind of New Year routine. Whether formal or informal, we begin the start of the coming year with plans, visions, and some sort of great expectations.

Some people engage in intense house cleaning, to get ready for the coming year. Others, write a list of essential resolutions, cook a special meal, or celebrate with family and friends. While these practices are meaningful and in their own way serve as special traditions, I encourage you to add to your list, preparing, very specifically, for something special you desire to see come to fruition during 2016.

Is there something particular you wish to experience this coming year? Devote yourself wholeheartedly, perhaps more than you ever have before, to keenly prepare for this special desire to become a reality. It is so true that “if you build it, they will come”. So dedicate what’s left of this year to identifying for yourself what that unique desire is for 2016, and promise yourself (that at least for the very first quarter or however long it takes) you are going to prepare for it, not just in a general, generic way, but, with laser like dedication; believing, trusting, and knowing that specific expectations, render specific outcomes! You’re worth it. The Divine is here to help, taking your dreams as seriously as you do. Take the necessary steps. Make the investment and in time, these seeds of faith will bring about beautiful fruition.
